I worked under Taylor Minx for a number of years and the integrity and honesty he has always had. Any time anyone needs plumbing work done the words that are next are "I know a guy". Honest tradesmen are hard to come by nowadays, except when you "know a guy". PBM is your One stop shop for all your plumbing needs.
Taylor and his team did a great job installing a sump pump in my home. We were taking in an incredible amount of water and he came and did the job quickly and professionally. A job well done. I will them again.
Taylor was contacted to repair a leaking and clogged kitchen sink in our apartment. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and on time for both the estimate and actual repair. Taylor was very responsive as well, a critical and truly appreciated part of the experience. He had no problem communicating with our out of state landlord to explain the issue and discuss the repair. We look forward to using him for all of our plumbing needs at our future home and will be recommending PBM Plumbing within the Buffalo area. Thank you so much!
