I had my very first adjustment today. I have been terrified for years to see a chiropractor because I was convinced they would break my spine in half or do some other injury that would leave me paralyzed or dead. well today, I'm alive and not paralyzed! My adjustment was nothing like I've seen on TV. Dr Matt adjusted me upper back and hips. I could hear everything crack but I felt nothing. I didn't feel pressure or pain which is what I was afraid of. I'm looking forward to going back next week!

I have a pinched nerve and it was killing me. I had a deep tissue massage, made things worse then I went to the ER, no help. Dr Matt has been the only one who provided me any relief. He’s friendly and professional as is his staff. I look forward to my next visit
