I've been a customer for over 7 years and have never ever had an issue. He does exactly what I ask him to do and is professional in the process of doing so. He's polite and when I got my hair cut I feel better as though I just went through a successful counseling session! Seriously though, I have had mixed reviews of other places in the area, when he wasn't available, and I would go back to The Mane Event every day of the week.
