With the market being what it is, we knew that we would need to waive the inspection to get a house, but were really nervous about it. I booked an inspection with Scott for the day after closing with the goal of Scott letting us know what to fix and how to prioritize items. Scott was so incredibly helpful. He walked through everything with me and explained how I could DIY items and which items I should hire a professional for. Home inspections can be scary, but Scott made it relatively painless and helped us plan.
