Had the locks changed on a newly purchased home. Bob answered my call immediately, was very professional, and scheduled me for the same week. He showed up right on time and offered excellent service (was able to change and fix locks onsite for some very old victorian doors). Very happy to have a dependable service so close by and will definitely use again.

My guy has a customer for life. When other locksmiths gave up and wanted to just order a new key for $200-300 dollars, Bob at Lockman Lock Service took the time to rebuild my car key and charged a fraction of what I thought I’d have to pay. Exceptional service!

The Lockman is a lock wizard. A key was stuck in my car's ignition. The Lockman met me at my car in downtown Buffalo in a timely fashion. He expertly removed the stuck key with no damage to the car's ignition. And the price was very reasonable. I could not be more satisfied. Thanks Lockman!
