I lived in NYC for 15 years, and the best color and cut I’ve ever had was with Lauren at the Binghamton location—hands down. The entire experience was exceptional. The salon is beautiful and relaxing, and Lauren is truly a master at her craft. She’s attentive, takes her time to understand what you want, and makes you feel completely at ease. I came in with a complicated color issue, and she fixed it in one sitting. I trusted her so much, I had her do my cut and color for my wedding. That says it all.

Lauren takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect and explains what she’s doing which I appreciated. My color and cut is wonderful- I highly recommend!
