I worked with Joe a few years ago as the lead on a complete website rebuild. It can be an arduous process to find an honest and capable website design company, but there is no smoke and mirrors with Ingenious. Joe and his team did everything they agreed to do in the detailed scope of work. Communication was clear and prompt throughout implementation and after launch. In the few instances I contacted them with an emergency request, they immediately got to work to resolve the issue. We are so pleased to have partnered with Ingenious to redesign and rebuild the Repp Renovations website. We had interviewed about a dozen companies and felt some of them were offering us a canned site with the promise that it would be different from the many run-of-the-mill sites out there. Joe was the complete opposite. They actually truly and sincerely care a great deal about each and every client they work with and develop truly customized solutions that are in the client's best interests.
