I am so pleased with the plumbing work done at my house. Jimmy came in and explained what the issues were and why they were happening. He was able to come back the next day and complete everything in just a few hours; even after an unexpected issue came up. Jimmy called and let me know what the new issue was and quoted me the price and got the, green light, to get that issue fixed too. He managed to get everything flowing even better than what it was a few years ago.

Jim was a lifesaver after calling 10 plumbers to help me with a backed up toilet that I attempted to fix myself and make worse (while in the process dislocating a pipe) came within 2 hours of contacting him came right in explained what he thought was the problem showed and explained why he thought and proceeded to fix it in all under a hour at a amazingly fair and affordable price
