I got the silk press service and she really took her time with my hair to avoid excess damage. She got great results but the appointment took a total of 6hrs as opposed to the allotted 4 hrs and it made me late for some of my other meetings that day.

Amazing business. The owner of Hilites Kelly is the sweetest, very helpful and kind. Got a retwist from Aaron Shabazz and I appreciate her telling me to wait for the bleaching I came in wanting for the health of my hair. Shows she cares about the health of my locs and not just the money. Was able to get one loc bleached and my hair is Supa cuteeee. Will update this review when I am finally able to get the bleaching I want!

Kelly is a wonderful human & a dope artist. I did my second "big chop" today & she made me feel beautiful, seen, cared for, and loved. She also takes care of my mother's hair & mom loves her too! I'm really glad that the world has Kelly in it. God bless Hilites Salon & Gallery ❤️?
