As a new tech it's daunting trying to make sure I get exactly what I need when going to a supply house . These guys have always made it easy . They go above and beyond every time I place an order . They are professional and above all incredibly good people . They remember me by name , ask me about my day and just treat me like a human being . I enjoy starting my day with a cup of grainger .
Outstanding customer service! Fast,knowledgeable team at this Grainger. Great supply of in store tools and safety gear. Could be bigger. They're our go to for what we need eg; plumbing, electrical, hvac, maintenance needs. Nice location off Union Road. Plenty of parking. Always well kept.
Had a "unique" fluorescent bulb in stock that the big box stores did not AND the price was cheaper than Amazon. Didn't get the associates name but BR1KXS, thanks for your help!
