If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in with an appointment to have the back of my phone replaced. I paid and was told the part would be overnighted. I returned the next day to find out the part did not arrive. I called a week later, couldn't get ahold of anyone. Called the next day, they said "we don't see anything in the system" and did not proceed to look into it. 3 more calls, 3 stops into the store, 3 months later, my phone finally got fixed. Only for them to return it to me completely not activated. They told me to go to tmobile to get it fixed. Place is a rip off told old computer was broken got new one and they said they would transfer info from old to new computer. They messed up the computer and now we have to take it to another repair shop. They charged over 200$ for garbage service.
