There was once a time when if you wanted a haircut and straight shave you needed to find an old Italian guy with early onset Parkinson's who would scarily give you a great shave. Unfortunately all those guys are dead now and after years of thinking I'd never be able to get a decent shave in buffalo I found it in the seemingly most unlikely of places. A short dark Puerto Rican fellow named Negro always does me right. Not sure what they charge but I pay 20 with tip and he does a stellar job shaving my head and neck and shaping my beard and does so with the understanding I don't wanna look like a thug.
