I was very excited to start getting my nails done at flowers. I was recommended by my sister and I had two successful appointments. During each appointment, I would rebook the next appointment. I ended up having to reschedule my third appointment due to personal reasons and did so on their website. Once I rescheduled on their website, I had to wait for them to reschedule the appointment. I booked an appointment through the link 2 months in advanced to make sure i had a secure spot because i had a trip the next day. The day of my appointment i drive 25 minutes away for the store to be closed. I called and texted the owner multiple times and there was no answer. i still haven’t heard anything not even an apology.

Clean professional and do a wonderful job on my nails she is real creative she suggests different designs to try out awesome ???❤️?
