My daughter recently had her front porch rebuilt by 5 Star and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! She has had other contractors in to do various things and there were always issues of some sort, not with 5 Star. They arrived when they said they would be there, they were punctual, professional, perfectionists, productive and polite! They worked in some very inclement weather conditions and never complained. The end product was beyond our expectations. I recommend them hands down and we will be using them again next spring to re-do the roof. Thank you 5 Star for a job well done!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I give Five Stars TEN stars! From our first introduction from Rick through the whole process, we were 100% satisfied. The remarkable Emily took me from the roof replacement through the porch renovation with new railings to today, when all the gutters were installed. In addition, when my bank put walls up on my financing, Emily walked me through a financially better plan which saved me money with a better interest rate. The crews were professional and the cleaning-up was perfect. Emily held my hand through the entire process. She was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Did my research and am 100% certain I made the right call. Highly recommended! Thank you all!
We had our kitchen renovated and cannot say enough great things about our entire experience with the crew at Five Star! Emily was so helpful from beginning to end, she was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions, or if I needed opinions on the design. Jim, Dan and the crew made our dream kitchen! They started the project exactly when they said they would, and said it would take about 3 weeks, they were right on schedule. This was our first home renovation so going into it we were a little nervous because you hear horror stories about dealing with contractors. But we were so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We plan to have our bathroom renovated and will 100% hire Five Star! Thanks for the excellent experience and service!
