explained diagnosis very thoroughly and answered all our questions. Supporting staff also was very good. Looking forward to continuing relationship.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an eye doctor. The doctor was very thorough, and I never felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and it really felt like they cared about getting things right. There was a slight delay with my glasses, but they explained what was going on, and before I knew it, I had my new glasses. I couldn’t be happier. Every person I dealt with was kind and respectful, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Natasha especially was very patient, helpful, and clearly knew what she was doing.
