I'm sad to write this review, but I feel it's necessary. I had been using EG for my tax returns for eight years, but last year I had a very bad experience with the older gentleman who handled my case. If you are an Uber or Lyft driver, I would not recommend this place. He rushed through my tax preparation without providing any explanations afterward. While I was still there, he picked up another call to assist another client. The charges were $270. I will never be coming back.Good luck everyone in this year.
I was referred to Christina Chou, who completed my tax return promptly. She was friendly and professional ! She also thoroughly answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work because EG tax is lucky to have you !!
My appointment was on time, and very quick. The woman whom completed my taxes was very helpful and informative. She attended to everything I needed to address and was friendly and cheerful. My first time ever using EG tax (i went to a competitor in the past) and found my experience at EG to be faster, less hassle and cheaper then competitors.
