I was visiting from out of town, so Jay was working with my hair for the first time, which can always be a bit more challenging. He did an excellent job. He was attentive, patient, and took his time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of rushing through the cut.
The conversation was great, and his professionalism made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
I really appreciated the care and attention to detail he put into his work. If I’m back in town, I’ll definitely be booking with Jay again. Highly recommended.
