Visited WNY Dermatology’s Amherst location & was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and medical assistants. Office is clean, located conveniently off the I-290, and accepts most insurances. I was promptly taken back for my appointment by medical assistant, Alexia, whom was an absolute joy. Upon meeting the Nurse Practitioner, Elena Kalabushkina, her essence filled the room with care and compassion. She is extremely thorough and detailed every step of my treatment plan, ultimately calming my anxious, & inquisitive mind. A highly intelligent & responsive provider which is increasingly difficult to come by these days. NP Elena gets my highest recommendation!
