Phillip, Ivy, Andy and Cindy are among the best of the best when it comes to customer service! They are very friendly, and are accommodating with appointments... for the most part taken right on time (there's been a very short wait once or twice but that's to be expected in this business). I've had appointments with all four and you can't find a better place for acrylics, gel nails and pedicures in the area. I've been a customer for over 5 years, and am very particular, so that says something! I always go here for a pedicure. My last experiment wasn’t the greatest. I had the guy who was all tatted up and I feel like he treats me differently every time I get him. I stopped going here for my nails because he did an awful job. The acrylic was super think and bulky and when I went to another salon for a fill she asked if I want them thinner. I couldn’t believe the difference. They looked normal and so much better. I’ve always gone here for pedicures but this last time always it for me. He didn’t cut down my nails, I didn’t receive any foot massage which is more annoying that I paid for the better pedicure too. The service has gone down over the last 7...read full review
Today was my first time visiting this salon and Phil did an amazing job with my nails I will 100% be back the service was incredible and the salon was very clean as well they had a massive selection of polishes!!
