Brian was so nice ! He came out fast and fixed my furnace! It was a simple fix he provided the materials and did not charge me a lot ! His work is good and he guarantees his work !!! My house is nice and warm for Christmas thanks to Brian !
Brian is such a professional, he found the problem in no time, damn mouse fried my board, got the replacement and installed, but the furnace still did not work, but he returned the next day with a new sensor and installed that and now I have heat again. I owned a small restaurant and our heat has not been working for over 2-3 years. We had called in other technicians to come fixed it but they could never find the issue. Luckily I found Brian from Climate Diagnostics. Brian came in a week ago and immediately figured out what the problem was. Apparently the heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. He was willing to reduced the price, which was amazing. He replaced the heat exchanger and now our heat is finally working again.
