Don't know how I missed it for the last two years but found Queen City Social organized by Buffalo Place on Thursday evenings from 5 to 8 ending August 9 at Fountain Plaza. What a fabulous event. Remember how great Thursday in the Square was before it was moved to Canalside. With the exception of seeing the water only as it cascades from the stone fountain structure you may find the music, food and beverage offerings satisfying - last night the George Scott Big Band entertained. Please don't miss this FREE event this summer (except for cost of food and beverage - offering beer, wine, great grilled hot dogs, Frankie Primo's last night represented with a tasty antipasto salad). Some of the food offerings change weekly but you won't be disappointed. Put it on your calendar to attend. Next week Lazlo Holllyfield.
