I just wanna say this Buffalo Homecare as a whole is kind of wishy-washy but I can say is the aid that I currently have. I love her. Her name is Shanelle. She’s fairly new, but she is amazing if you do go through this company and you are looking for someone to take care of your loved one ask for her she’s so sweet and she has the Most caring is spirit
