These reviews crack me up. I came here to rave about your puzzles. My wife and I have been through one terrible puzzle after another until we bought two of your puzzles. Pieces fit perfectly and overall design was challenging but fun and relaxing. Thank you!
Really like their puzzles. Don't like the return/replacement/refund policy. We ordered 5 puzzles in April. One had 3 pieces missing. Filled out the form w/photo. Couldn't get a refund. Couldn't get a replacement. We were told they didn't have the same puzzle in stock. I find that hard to believe! We probably could have gone to a ******* store and gotten the same puzzle. Why can't buffalo games do the same thing. If they don't have the stock then call ******* stores, find the exact puzzle, and have them send the replacement puzzle to the customer. What kind of company offers smaller piece puzzles to a customer who has a 1000 piece puzzle with missing pieces? It's ridiculous! We will never order puzzles from them again. If we want to buy a buffalo games ever again, we'll just go to *******.
I used to get these puzzles and no issues.. but recently the last 3 puzzles had pieces missing and quality is not good.. stuck pieces, lifting images on puzzle pieces. I will not be getting any more of this brand. Also.. why don't they seal pieces in a bag in the box.. when u open the puzzle, pieces always fall out because the box is so full.. well doesn't matter.. will not be purchasing this brand again.
