I took a Mental Health First Aid class with Cambria Daniels recently and I cannot stress enough the importance of the material she covers. EVERYBODY can benefit from this class! The way in which Cambria taught the class was so brilliant. She is beyond knowledgeable on the topic, and she shares this knowledge in such an impactful and relevant way, it would be difficult not to learn anything from it. I strongly urge you to consider booking her! This is what our society as a whole needs to mend and heal, and function properly. This is one brick in the foundation we all need to recover and reconcile the unneeded pain and suffering our world endures.
*Today, 9/4/25 Marisol, I believe her name is, who works at the front office at bestself at 767 Delaware Avenue, absolutely saved my butt today!! I made a mistake and completely thought today was Wednesday and it is Thursday, lol. Whoops! She got Dr Siddiqui to get me in an appointment with telehealth today while I'm at work because I messed up and caused an issue where other people had to go out of the way to try to fix this for me. BIG GREAT THANKS to Marisol and a big shout out to my favorite therapist, Jessie, she is the absolute best and has helped me through so much! Thank you Jessie. worst place to take as a concerned parent of a child in need. Hard to reach for appointments. long wait time. Did an over the phone intake and went for the appointment. I was expecting to have a place to talk about my concerns. Instead I was in the same space as my child using discretion to explain why we were there. I was denied counseling sessions because she said this might not be the best time for me because I have so much going on already. That's why I came here for help. The lady from what she was telling me was there part-time because she had a 10 week old at home. It's been a year now.
