I have been using BCB for over 20 years now and they have been great. I only ship to the US a handful of times a year, so I sometimes need a little help. Even though I am not a big customer they have always been really helpful. They even helped me when I used Fedex's brokerage on an overnight shipment. They were not my broker for that shipment and they still helped me.

Hands down, one of the best customs broker in North America. no body can match their speed & efficiency. When i see BCB as customs broker, I know that in just 5-10 mins the load will be cleared. keep up the excellent work guys.

This customs broker is by far, the most professional and efficient I deal with. They are extremely fast at processing entries and very accurate. Both the Canadian and USA brokerage departments are wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work BCB!
