I must say, I've never had a cleaning service before either. Ayesha did a fantastic job for what it was worth. Had to evict a tenant of mine and he left the place a pig sty, smoked in there and everything. She fullfilled all the needs that were needed to be cleaned such as wiping down each wall and baseboard, cleaned the entire bathroom, cleaned the entire kitchen, cleaned the stove/oven, and even cleaned the ceiling plus the fan which I may keep or not (looks way better than before anyways). Did a great job realy appreciate it!
I had a family emergency that required prompt and discrete services. Ayesha contacted me immediately. She came to the property to give a quote. Since I was not able to be there in person, she video called me and completed a walk through. She was very detailed and professional and I could tell that she was very knowledgeable. Once she started the work, she realized that it was a lot more complicate. She could have charged more and honestly should have charged more but she did not. She kept us updated several times a day along with video and photo proof. Her compassion far outweighs the outstanding job the she and her team did. I hope not to need her in that capacity again but she has definitely gained a loyal customer. THANK YOU ASA Janitorial!!
