have never had a dog that required grooming so I was anxious to take my very nervous, newly adopted shelter pup to be groomed. Cat, however, did an amazing job. She was really patient and understanding of him and his background and gave him a ton of breaks. She gave him the full workup and had a clear focus on making the experience as positive for him as possible. She is very knowledgeable and professional. In the end, she handed over a dog who looked great but most importantly, FELT great. My dog had bad ear mats and some undercoat matting that must have been so uncomfortable and she took care of it all, leaving him very obviously comfortable and happy in his body. I left a big box groomers and found alfords angels, and my pup is so happy when she goes in and is happy go lucky girl when she comes home. No complaints... best family-friendly shop. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.
I will never take them anywhere else.. I recommend this place by a 1000%
Our dog Reggie loves coming here every single time!! She runs right in the salon!! I can’t say enough good things about this incredible dog grooming salon! From start to finish, our experience is always outstanding, and I am absolutely thrilled with how my pup turned out every grooming session!
Amanda, the groomer, is truly a gem. You can tell she has a deep love for animals, and it shows in every aspect of her work.
