I am SO glad I brought my taxes to Acade Tax Services this year. I normally do them myself but had a particularly complicated year and Bradley was able to zip through it easy peasy. The website made it super easy to estimate how much it would cost based on what forms I needed, and I was able to schedule online and upload all of my documents to their secure site. Very reasonably priced service, friendly and helpful, and made the entire thing as stress-free as filing taxes can be. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

Original 1 star review: Darren missed something when filing my 2021 taxes because I live in a different state now. He said it was no problem and that he would resolve the issue. That was in April and I have yet to hear from him since despite my many attempts to contact him. Extremely unprofessional behavior to ghost a paying client. I have no idea if my taxes were ever properly completed.Follow up: After I posted my 1 star review Darren reached out and resolved the problem in a timely matter.
