I am sadly disabled and rely heavily on my half bathroom. My toilet was very plugged and water wouldn't go down. My caretaker worked on it and couldn't do a thing. I noticed the water was going down a little bit so I was hoping and praying it would be fine when I got home. I was wrong and the toilet wasn't any better. In a panic called Amherst Plumbing services which routed to 716 Plumbing LLC and explained to them what was going on. They knew right away what the problem was. I had trouble with a sluggish kitchen drain. As often is the case with older homes, turned into a slightly bigger project. 716 Plumbing was up to the task. Not only fixed the problem, but improved the overall state of the sink! And it was done professionally, efficiently, and at a fair price. I found them to be polite and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again, should the need arise.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to describe the steps to repair and what specific products needed to be able do at home myself and save money for service call. Highly recommend.
