I took a we flow class on Friday at 5:30 PM. The class was pretty full. When you get in, you can hang your coat by the front and there are a lot of lockers as you walk in right across from the lockers, there is a refresh station with deodorant, lotion, dry shampoo, a plastic bag for wet clothing, mints, tissues, face wipes. There’s also a blow dryer. There is a water refill station right before you enter the studio. The studio is a rectangle so there’s one row in the back and one row in the front. I’ve taken a class before in the east village, but never in this studio. I don’t remember much except I love the music, which is why I go and it did not disappoint this... read full review

One of my favorite workout studios in the city. The classes are heated and difficult, but they have no mirrors and low light so you can take it at your own pace. They follow a pattern of 3 vinyasa flows, then a short rest, then some abs/squats, then finally savasana. I honestly wish sometimes that first rest was skipped bc it feels weird to relax and then do something even harder, but I understand why they do it.
I’ve tried a number of coaches and they’re all good, usually my issues relate to the music (I’m picky), and never the instruction/teaching.

They have showers and equipment for rent!
