World of Flowers is a highly recommended plant shop in Greenpoint. It offers a wide variety of plants, pots, and flowers at reasonable prices. The shop's owner is known for being helpful and creating beautiful arrangements for special occasions, such as Christmas parties and weddings. World of Flowers has also successfully managed large-scale floral projects for weddings, including deliveries to multiple locations.
It was so hard to get last-minute flower arrangement for Christmas, but, John was so friendly and he made beautiful flower arrangements for my Christmas party! Everyone asked us where we purchased these flowers. I highly recommend John from World of Flowers.
Omar Medrano did all of the flowers for a recent wedding. He encountered a large church space, but did not have an unlimited budget. The floral result was outstanding. He also did the flowers for the reception as well as all of the flowers carried or worn by the wedding party. Everything was beautiful and creative. He also delivered flowers to four different places in Manhattan on the wedding day. No snafu's or problems. Highly recommend.
Decent place. Standard no frills shop. Not the cheapest place but prices are ok. A good one stop shop for flowers, house plants, pots, plants, etc. I like this place because it's local to me. Staff are nice and no pressure so you can just go and look around without feeling like someone is breathing down your back. They seem hesitant to accept credit cards, which for me is kinda annoying because I never carry cash.
