Relaxing atmosphere and well kept. It’s my 3rd time coming here (sporadically). I had a wonderful experience today so I decided to leave a review. The service was definitely more pleasant, the nail tech listened to my request and did a great job! I was even assisted with getting my jacket on by another employee on my way out, that was a sweet touch! Price is reasonable and I’m happy with my manicure! I definitely recommend and will absolutely return!

Wonderful and clean. My stylist was very gentle with my sensitive nails and the environment was not overwhelming with the scents usually associated with nail salons for those sensitive to smells this is a wonderful experience.

I almost don't want to leave a glowing review because this spot is my oasis and I want to keep it to myself. 3.5 star rating on Yelp shows how nuts this website is and how deeply unfair the customer service industry is. I come here 2-3 times a month. As a Jersey girl relocated to NYC, I've gotten my nails done a few thousand times in my life. Wi Nails has always given me 1.) the best gel manicure you can buy 2.) the most soothing experience. Everyone who works here is lovely. Manicures take a bit longer but that's because we're going for perfection here folks. Give over to the tranquil atmosphere and let peace wash over you, you'll end up appreciating the additional 15 minutes it takes.
