Love this place. We've been using them for the last few months and have had zero issues with any of our clothing. They are timely with pickup (at our apartment within an hour of calling them) and they drop off within the next 24 hours, with smaller loads sometimes it'll be back in just a few hours. Extremely convenient and well-priced.

Free pickup and delivery, reasonable prices, typically a 24 hr turnaround, and good customer service. My only complaint is the folding can be a little strange - like not matching socks together or folding similar items together in one large stack instead of individually.

I LOVE this place. Best prices on pickup/delivery laundry. The process is So Easy. Just call, (your address and card is saved), say “pickup” and they will be at your house in about an hour. They text when it’s done. You call for drip-off and it’s back, folded and perfect.
