Leroy at Volvo Brooklyn has always been a great help! This is now my 3rd car with Volvo, 2nd from the Brooklyn location and by far they have the best customer service. They make the process easy. Most of the steps were taken before I got to the dealer, essentially I just came in and sealed the deal. Leroy is always transparent about cost up front which I really appreciate.
Came to this location for an annual car service and everyone was great. Volvo gave me a detailed review of what they did, each part of the car they inspected, complete with video. I’ve never been to a dealership that is this thorough. I will definitely be going back again!
The team were as efficient as possible, friendly, and helpful. Not all dealerships make as much of an effort. The waiting areas are comfortable and clean. Taking the car to the garage isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but Volvo Brooklyn make the experience pleasant.
UPDATE: Second visit to Volvo Cars Brooklyn. I wanted to have the tires checked due to an object on the road that I couldn't avoid. The service manager and technician were professional and efficient. I'm much more comfortable driving, knowing the car is in very good condition.
Update: third visit. As usual, friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Definitely feels like our car is in good hands at Volvo Brooklyn.
