I know I may not be the easiest client and I’m particularly with how my nails are done but I couldn’t imagine going to any other salon. I’ve love this location - I’ve moved all the way to SI and will happily make the trip to do my nails at Vivi nail salon. I’ve know the owner for 10 year plus and love her staff that been there just as long?. Nails done by Candy or Michelle always come out perfect ? and just as i asked. I don’t mind the wait time or the price I’ll always get my nails done here❤️Service: Gel manicures

There are signs all over the store that says they take cards, but I was told they were cash only and made to use their ATM with a fee when I presented them with my card. They also wouldn’t do an extra coat of the sheer polish I picked out, so they had me choose a different shade, which wasn’t available. So ultimately the color I got wasn’t even close to what I actually wanted.They also allowed the person next to me to order and eat food while she was getting a pedicure. Which I found really gross and unsettling. And the chair I was in for my pedicure the massage part didn’t work.Disappointing to say the least. I won’t be back.
