This is my 4th time moving with Veteran Movers and I can't speak more highly of their services. They are the only movers I trust with my possessions. Osvaldo Martinez and his team were very careful and respectful of all my possessions - from high value fragile pieces to less - they treat every item with so much care. Osvaldo even fixed a drawer of mine that's been broken for years. I had forgotten to list a few items like plants and extra kitchen boxes and they took them with no issue. They are also so friendly and worked around my toddler who was playing in the apartment. Ken Chen on the sale team is also the BEST. He's been there for years and helped me through 2 moves already. He is so patient and helps relieve any stress or anxiety that goes along with a move. He's incredibly organized and always checks in on you to make sure you're prepped for the day.
Moving at any age is hard to do. But when we contacted Veteran Movers we knew from the start that we were in great hands. From the staff at Veteran movers, Cleveland, Krystal & Natividad, all the staff were Professional, very accessible, courteous & kind. The Moving price that included the packing of the items was a very fair price. They contacted us every step of the way and asked us to let them know if we had any questions. My father-in-law at 98, couldn't pack himself and it overwhelmed him. The great movers George & Eli and another kind mover, packed it carefully and labeled all boxes. These records are from the time my father-in-law was courting his sweetheart at the Canteen during WWII, where she sang and volunteered. That music is precious , a reminder of sweet and sentimental days. She passed away too soon but the music brings it back as if it were yesterday. Now they are safely in storage waiting to be sorted so we can access them for him. They packed his CDs & DVDs too very carefully. Then they nicely arranged the boxes in our storage facility so as to make it easy to find. I highly recommend them for your moving needs.
