    I have been training here for several months and would strongly encourage you to give it a try if you are on the fence. The gym has a very welcoming atmosphere - no gymtimidation here. Nancy is a fantastic trainer and I cannot recommend her enough!!

    Really enjoying my experience with Very Personal Training. The owner Dani has been extremely communicative, and really listened to what I needed/wanted out of an experience. I'm enjoying my sessions and think they are really focused on your well-being and feeling better in your body, not weight loss. Looking forward to continuing my work there!

    Following some painful injuries, I was looking for a supportive, low-key place to train and found that very thing at Very Personal. Dani recommended Daniel and he is totally wonderful: super-skilled and patient, pushing me at just the right pace with zero boot-camp energy. Go to him!
