Great experience from start to finish. If you have locs I would recommend this place. They use great quality products for natural/locd hair. Very pleased. Space has good energy well decorated and is clean as well. Everyone was friendly.

10/10 for ShaTori’s silk press & wash and blow. Love her! However the receptionist will always be the reason I dislike coming to this salon. Her attitude is extremely unpleasant, she’s not polite and always rude. My friend that goes to this salon also loves ShaTori services, stopped visiting for the same reason.I’m not sure if the owner of this store cares about her customers but if she does she should truly invest in professional customer service training for the front desk lady or hire someone new. I am truly sad to be writing this review. I am a first time mom and have been going thru severe postpartum hair loss and etc. I haven’t touched my hair because I wanted to find a steady salon to treat the damage. I follow Enigivensunday and she recommended this black owned hair salon along with others. I thought, perfect. I made a consultation explained my issues and showed some of the damage. The stylist recommended me products and told me what to book then we would move forward. I did as told.
