Sussy, the owner, is godsend and one of a kind. She understood everything about my hair, my head shape, my features, how to get a nice look and keeping it super natural. Her colleague Alex was also very receptive to feedback and ensured that I was heard when trying to get my look. Fair prices, lovely people, great ambiance, great location, quality and luxury tools. Owner is super kind and creates a welcoming environment for all. They do a great job with medium long hair and a variety of other styles. The only place I get my haircut in Williamsburg!
