The culture at this Ulta is disappointing. I sampled a eyeshadow palette. It’s 7pm. The time is relevant because I’m looking around and see nothing to wipe the make up off as it has been depleted. I asked an associate and she was very passive aggressive about “tissues all over the floor” so I asked the security guard who was more willing to help. I needed help finding a primer and I walk towards a group of employees fooling around in the back and stand directly in front of them. Alright y’all! Come get your hair cuts at Ulta beauty! The salon is back running and the service is incredible! Christine gave me a beautiful butterfly haircut and it’s so perfect! She was an absolute doll. She gave me a lot of information on how to take care of my hair. They use great quality products for the service, and I like this better than a regular hair salon honesty. Less pressure but excellent service and results!

I see why they are hiring! Don't do it to yourself. Not good management. Didn't realize SHE was the ONLy cash register open. One was kinda. BUT LIKE 4-5 people on the floor to assist, while half the customer waited in line? 2 additional staff for 5-10m would have cleared that line Fast.Had to wait to pay, then had to wait to pick up from online.I would give it a 2, but I found the perfect concealer!
