This guy came here and changed the wall mount base for the TV and put it upside down. I told him the manual says it’s supposed to be that direction which he said “oh I thought..” and in my head i’m like “you thought?” 1st red flag. Anyway, he then used the wall anchors on Drywall when it clearly says not to do that. 2nd red flag. Then he didn’t/couldn’t find the wood stud behind the wall. When I asked if he had a stud finder he said yes & the stud finder he brought up stairs was broken/dead. 3rd flag. At this point its my fault. Also, when he finally put it up, he used different nails other than the ones in the box & and the top part of the anchor... read full review

I highly recommend, the service was above and beyond, very attentive and professional.
