This guy came here and changed the wall mount base for the TV and put it upside down. I told him the manual says it’s supposed to be that direction which he said “oh I thought..” and in my head i’m like “you thought?” 1st red flag. Anyway, he then used the wall anchors on Drywall when it clearly says not to do that. 2nd red flag. Then he didn’t/couldn’t find the wood stud behind the wall. When I asked if he had a stud finder he said yes & the stud finder he brought up stairs was broken/dead. 3rd flag. At this point its my fault. Used Chris three times over the last week to assemble several pieces of furniture - an IKEA Hemnes Daybed, an IKEA Malm Dresser, disassemble another dresser and build a Wayfair kids dresser. Chris did a great job assembling all of these pieces for us - he also hung up a mirror on our concrete wall. Chris is very professional, responsive and showed up on time for all three jobs. He was very respectful and we would hire him again for any other jobs we have. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he did for us.
