The only complaint I have was with my last visit. The technician was cleaning my cuticles but at one point it was hurting. I tried to pull my thumb back because....PAIN, but she gripped the thumb to prevent me from doing so and my thumb was sore for 2 days afterwards. I've been going there for almost 2 years and this is my first incident. Other than that, they do phenomenal work...absolutely amazing and thier gel sets last longer than the one I go to here In Myrtle Beach. They are on Instagram. GO check them out.
So, I usually have been spending 140-280 on my nail set alone not including the toes and I wanted to give this place a try to look for something more affordable.
What makes me want to come back despite the minor things I didn’t like with the tech that did my feet… was the fact that the salon owner took accountability, was professional was patient and really wanted to make sure I was satisfied and that she got it right. 10s 10s 10s across the board. You really don’t come across that in certain nail shops and to find that amazed me and makes me eager to return. She truly does deserve all of her flowers.
Amazing facial experience. Will come back monthly. Facial was gentle and relaxing. So good I took a nap. I always see improvements every time I return. Bekki was absolutely amazing thank you again!
