I have been going to The Stepping Razor for 8 or 9 years (so long I can't keep track). I started going there when I lived nearby in Bushwick, and even though I am now a 45 minute train ride away, I still go back. Niamh O'Reilly has been my go-to barber the whole time. She always gives me a perfect cut, no matter my hairstyle, which has changed a few times over the years. She's great to talk to and she cares about you leaving feeling good about your cut. I cannot recommend Niamh and Stepping Razor enough.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and have gotten some great cuts, but today was by far the best. LJ was mad chill and cut my hair exactly how I asked. I keep my hair sorta long and shaggy, and it can be hard to find someone who can clean it up without going too short. Definitely will be back for another cut from LJ. Thanks dude !!
