While I would caution against sending drycleaning, I’ve been happy with the regular laundry service in the past. And the company went above and beyond to reconcile a recent issue and I was quite pleasantly surprised at the speed of the resolution.

We’re so happy to have The Soap Box in our neighborhood. They are friendly and have wonderful customer service. Cleaning experience 99% of the time is perfect. If there’s an off chance we are not completely satisfied, they put the effort in to make it right!
