The team is incredibly. My dog is an older dog that can be very nervous and insecure with new people. They put together a plan to ease into the new walks my dogs and usually it takes my senior dog weeks to warm up to someone enough to allow them to put a harness on etc… well let me tell you, in the less than a week the dog walker had established enough trust between him and my dog that she immediately submitted to his leadership. The team is highly skilled, they run a smooth operation and their prices are reasonably aligned compare to other dog walking services.
Highly recommend! My dog is very nervous with new walkers/people and also very skittish in general. Bertlee has been so kind and patient with him to build up their trust! He truly seems to care and has a very relaxed, calm energy that my dog has really taken too (even whining, staring out the window for Bertlee to come for the day). Scheduling the walks is an easy & organized process and Jeff has been great with any questions I have.
