Jinah Park is the most wonderful piano teacher imaginable. My son has been studying with her for three years now, and it's been amazing to see how she's helped him develop his technique and musicality. We switched to the Brooklyn Music Studio after working with a teacher who wasn't really teaching technique; I was so moved and impressed to see how Jinah transformed my son's playing over a short period of time. She brings incredible energy and joy to her work, and approaches her teaching with consummate patience and sensitivity to each student's needs. Many of her former students have gone on to become accomplished musicians, but the best testament to her teaching is the delight on her students' faces as she teaches, even when the music is difficult and the lesson is hard. In short, she's the best. And we've seen similar excellence from every teacher at the school. A remarkable program in every respect.
