I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAXMASTERS. 1. APPOINTMENTS ARE ALWAYS TAKEN ON TIME. 2. STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. 3. WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU SEE THE SAME PERSON EACH TIME. 4. SMALL OFFICE SO NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE BREATHING OVER YOU. 5. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO TAX MASTERS FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS, AND HAVE MOVED OUT OF STATE. MY MOVE DID NOT PREVENT THEM FROM ANSWERING SOME QUESTIONS FOR ME. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF. I PERSONALLY SAW JIM O'CALLAGHAN. the one and only drawback is the lack of parking in that area.
My wife and I have had our taxes done by Taxmasters for several years now. They have always been professional, courteous and have always let us know the status of our returns. Their prices are reasonable as well. We’re very happy with the services they provide. We will be using them in the future as well.
