Amazing experience!!!! Tried to turn on my computer and nothing. I was freaking out. I called them up they told me no problem bring it in we will check it out and let you know. They communicated with me constantly to let me know they identified the issue and what the fix was. Within 2 hours i had my computer back and working!!!!! The real part needed was on back order but they didn't say come back in 2 days no they said we will give you a temp so that you can be up and running and when the new part comes in we will swap it out for you. Could not be happier with the service and speed!!!!!!!!!!
I came over here about a week ago on my way to another computer repair store which was much farther away, 2 minutes into my drive I spotted Sysut and the person behind the counter was immediately helpful and was ready to take my computer in for repairs of a BSOD and a faulty RAM card. Dropped off on Wednesday and was ready by Friday. The computer was fixed perfectly! 2 of 4 of my RAM cards were faulty, and the person who fixed my computer told me how to contact the manufacturer to get a free replacement, because the parts I had came with lifetime warranty I had no idea about! I would like to recommend the Sysut. Great repair and customer service. Adam is very friendly and easygoing in communication. Explained clearly the choices if to fix or replace my completely broken PC. He managed to restore the hard drive and was very helpful giving good recommendations as for which new machine to get. Then he set up my new PC and created my Microsoft & Office account. All is done pretty fast and works well. Reasonable price. I am satisfied with and appreciate their service. Definitely I will come back to them if in need.
