Lisa is a miracle worker. I go to her when my muscles are cramped up from running. She's very firm and efficient. Jenny is also a goddess. She has a softer approach than Lisa but is still very efficient. I go to her when I need to relax

There are many massage saps around but this spa has been there for more than 19 years for reasons. One of the reasons is that most of the technicians have worked there for many years. The owner must have treated the employees well and fair as this kind of business has high turnover. You may find a little cheaper spa, but I bet, you will have hard time to find better value for your money in this neighborhood.

My absolute favorite no frills massage. It is inexpensive because it’s not a spa - you’re there for body work and deep (really deep!) tissue massage. It is loud, but that’s kind of the sacrifice for the price. They always get my worst tension and knots out and hot stones are a nice touch.
